NOTICE: Some offshore merchant account service providers offering internet related merchant account processing or offshore merchant account processing services may be promoting what seems to be quick and easy approval and setup times, but what they may not be revealing is that approval and setup is most likely for processing through their 3rd party account which can be very costly, and usually very risky at best. In order for a merchant to get set up with a true offshore merchant account, any viable and established underwriting and banking group even if offshore, requires a merchant to provide full financial and managing officer documentation and go through the bank's due dilligence in order for a merchant to get approved and set up with a true offshore merchant account where a merchant has their own MID # and are able to deal directly with the bank. Most offshore banks now also require a merchant to set up an IBC (International business company), in the bank's jurisdiction to facilitate funds settlement if they are wanting a true merchant account.
More and more offshore law firms are warning the public of the dangers of processing with these seemingly too good to be true processors due to the fraud associated with such groups. Many established merchants fall for this, not knowing that their sales are being processed through a 3rd party merchant account in with a large group of very risky merchants where the 3rd party processer frequently closes down a merchant's account that has all the merchant's hard earned money giving various excuses which is all but impossible to challenge (as an actual method of profit taking at the merchant's expense), or the 3rd party account itself is shut down and all funds siezed by the bank due to fraud by risky merchants, shutting down the viable merchant's processing and causing the viable merchant to loose their hard earned revenue and any reserves as well.
Providing viable offshore high risk and high volume merchant accounts require stable processing facilities as well as sound and well established offshore banks. If you're tired of the games and would like to hear some music to your ears and work with banks and processors who can save your business money by increasing your true cash flow and reduce your costs and risk by processing directly through an established offshore bank,
